This norm is enshrined in law (https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/1556-18#n825) and the contract under which teachers are hired.

The KPI understands that there can be no excuses and alternatives (https://t.me/sr_kpi/2604). Everyone who pairs and gives assignments in Russian should remember the language or look for another activity.
