Anticipatory development of energy is the basis of the growth of the modern economy. Technological innovations that ensure a balanced unity of generation, distribution and consumption of electricity are the main drivers of the modernization of generating and network capacities of the large energy industry. The use of modern technologies and equipment makes it possible to ensure the reliability and cost-effectiveness of the operation of electric power systems, the quality of electricity supplied to consumers – enterprises of industry, housing and communal services, agriculture, transport, and construction.
The International Specialized Exhibition “Energy in Industry” demonstrates new opportunities for the innovative development of Ukrainian energy industry. The history of the exhibition began in 2003, when the Executive Assembly of the World Energy Council was held in Kyiv, bringing together 344 delegates from 65 countries of the world.
Today, the exhibition has the status of the largest industry event, the main meeting place of the engineering and energy elite and the entire professional community of Ukraine and other countries of the world. Every year, the International Exhibition Center receives a large professional audience: managers of energy generating, power grid, energy supply companies, leading manufacturers of high-tech products, scientists, experts, specialists of enterprises of various industries and infrastructure facilities, financiers and investors.
Every year, more and more global and domestic leaders of the electrical engineering industry and power engineering participate in the exhibition. Their technologies make it possible to significantly increase the level of automation and digitization of electric power, electrotechnical and electromechanical systems and complexes and reduce production energy costs.
The future development of energy is considered today in the paradigm of its impact on climate change and energy security. The digital transition in electric power allows not only to increase the efficiency of the traditional energy system, but also opens up new opportunities for involving renewable energy sources and distributed generation in the energy exchange.
In 2022, the XV International Specialized Exhibition “EcoEnergy Expo” will be held in the same cluster as the “Energy in Industry” and “ELECTRO INSTALL” exhibitions – the result of the rebranding of the “Energy Efficiency. Renewable energy”, “Ecology of the enterprise”.
