Purpose of the Competition

The purpose of the competition is to identify, support, and stimulate research activities of students and young scientists aimed at solving current issues of rational nature management and implementing advanced energy-efficient technologies, as well as promoting the integration of education, science, and industry.

Objectives of the Competition

  • identification and support of talented students and young scientists;
  • stimulation of research in the fields of ecology, energy, and resource efficiency;
  • development of innovative thinking and technological competencies;
  • orientation of research toward practical implementation;
  • promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration;
  • ensuring academic integrity;
  • expansion of international scientific cooperation;
  • popularization of scientific achievements of young researchers.

  • Environmental safety and environmental protection technologies
  • Ecologistics, recycling, and waste management
  • Renewable (“green”) energy and sustainable development
  • Alternative energy sources and technologies for their use
  • Hydrogen energy and hydrogen technologies
  • Chemotology and rational use of fuels and lubricants
  • Energy-efficient technologies and electrotechnical mechatronic systems and complexes
  • Bioethics, biosafety, and bioprotection technologies
  • Energy management and engineering
  • Modern technologies in mining and construction
  • Bioenergy and technologies of biofuel energy systems

Participation Conditions

Participants: school students, university students, PhD students, young scientists

One author and one scientific supervisor per paper

Participation is free of charge

Language: Ukrainian or English

Length: up to 20 pages (A4)

Sources from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus are prohibited

Competition Procedure

The competition consists of two stages:

Stage I – Review and selection of papers

June 1–2 – publication of ranking and invitation of finalists

Stage II – Final conference (hybrid format)
